01What it is, and what it is not
Three days does not make a system production-ready, and we will not say that it does.
Day 3 delivers one implementation or proof of concept, scoped on day 2 and agreed in writing before it starts. Its limits are written down with it.
Hardening, integration with the rest of your estate, user training, and anything the day-2 roadmap defers are quoted separately.
We do not take custody of your documents during the sprint unless the chosen implementation requires it, and if it does, we say so before day 1 and agree how the data is handled and removed.
If day 1 shows the right answer is a product you can buy, we will tell you that, and the sprint ends with the decision document instead of an implementation.
